In 2016, the Kaikoura Earthquake forced Crombie Lockwood out of their office space, leaving them in a temporary workspace. However, they wanted to make this space their permanent workplace. To achieve this, they enlisted the services of Catalyst, who provided full project services including design, project management and construction management.
Catalyst transformed the existing 1500sqm office space into a modern, collaborative workspace that was consistent with the firm’s nationwide standards. This involved the installation of new lighting, floor coverings, and a full bathroom upgrade and extension. Additionally, Catalyst created bespoke design features and graphics that reflected Crombie Lockwood's brand and personality.
