Catalyst converted an old mechanical room into a spacious, spa-like end-of-trip facility that received Rainbow Tick approval.
The project involved converting an old mechanical room into a spacious and spa-like end of trip facility that meets Rainbow Tick approval standards.
Despite the removal of most services, the large mechanical ducts still had to be concealed, which led to low ceilings in certain areas.
Due to the lack of base build information, the full size of the space was only revealed after the removal of the redundant mechanical units. Consequently, the set outs and dimensions of the bathrooms and plumbing had to be altered to fit the site conditions.
