Meeting the Challenge of Speed and Precision
With tight timeframes and high expectations, the biggest challenge was the fast-paced nature of the programme. Catalyst led meticulous upfront planning to ensure every aspect of the design, cost, and construction was ready to go from day one.

Adapting Design for Local Delivery
UGG’s retail concept, originally developed in Australia, needed to be localised for the New Zealand context. We provided practical, cost-effective alternatives tailored to local materials, regulations, and construction practices — all without compromising the design intent or brand experience.
