A key priority and driving factor was to minimise the office space and reuse the existing fit-out where possible, including furniture, to reduce waste and the manufacturing emissions of new materials. Our designers also carefully selected environmentally conscious finishes as well as recycled or renewable materials to align with Egis’ sustainability mission.
Leveraging off our expert, in-house team of Project Managers, Designers, and Construction Managers, we were able to maintain clear, open lines of communication and seamless transitions from the tendering and consulting phase through to delivery and project completion; aligning designs to client expectations, securing all key milestones to ensure the contractors were able to meet the deliverables.

Design Considerations:
- Introduce colour scheme and finishes to reflect their corporate brand and other offices internationally

Key Design Features:
Acoustic improvements to meeting rooms – walls were constructed to be full height (floor slab to underside of slab above) with several layouts of plasterboard, sound insulation. Acoustic grade glass fitted to partition glazing. All doors were solid core and installed with specialist seals to minimise sound transmission. Acoustic wall panels were fitted to provide sound absorption within the rooms.
Custom joinery – Reception planter screen/walls were designed to create a physical division between the entry area and the staff open plan office but allow a visual link from one space to the other. Suspended custom lighting track designed to trail the shape of the planter screen. Modular soft seating fitted to follow the angular division. Breakout collaboration booth – custom designed planter screens used to bookend the soft seating with a lighting raft over.
Egis is very pleased with the smooth delivery of their new office space.
