Stride Property Group

Catalyst have built a great collaborative with Stride over the years and are delighted to have complete their Wellington office.

The compact office is nestled into the Ground floor space, the design is very efficient incorporates the use of multi-purpose spaces. The arrival space acts as a team collaboration area with concealed whiteboard as well as a social space with a secret kitchen and bar tucked behind cupboard doors. The exposed ceilings maximises the height and volume of the space.

Plants are used to provide screening and add vibrancy to the space. The team are located by the natural light in a compact collaborative setting.

The fitout aligned with Stride and Catalyst’s sustainability values being within a 5-Star GreenStar building and meet the GreenStar principles in the design and construction, with the use of acoustic wall panels made from recycled bottles, energy efficient lighting and HVAC system.

The project was completed easily with our inhouse Project management and Construction team, working closely with the trades to ensure a quality result, on time and on budget.
