Preliminary Design:
During the preliminary design phase, our team uses industry-leading 3D drawing software Revit to create a 3-dimensional version of the design. We collaborate closely with you and our internal project managers, construction managers, and quantity surveyors to test concepts and ideas, ensuring the numbers, buildability, and timeframes align. By the end of this phase, we will have a locked-in floor plan and be ready to move on to the next phases for further refinement and development.

Developed Design:
During this phase, we bring your workplace to life by developing the look and feel of each space in detail. Our team carefully selects products and materials, giving you the opportunity to touch and feel the finishes to ensure they meet your expectations. We prepare 3D visuals and fly-throughs, allowing us to effectively communicate the design with you.

Virtual Reality:
Our virtual reality capabilities are designed to transform your projects, enhance immersive experiences, and drive innovation like never before. Whether it's for training, simulations or interactive design, our solutions offer unparalleled realism and engagement that allow you to see all the finishes in the space.

VR is a fantastic in-house tool that we use to help immerse ourselves in our designs. We can utilise the different perspectives to push the bounds of our ideas and quickly evaluate different design iterations. Catalyst also utilises VR as a means to communicate design ideas from 2D plans to a 3D form in a way that clients can easily experience for themselves.
