Wilson Parking moved to the downtown precinct, taking over an existing space that needed to be revitalised with their own unique look and feel.

Catalyst has had the honor of completing two fit-outs for ICBC New Zealand. The first was a retail branch located on Auckland's Queen Street, followed by their most recent completion in the HSBC Tower in downtown Auckland.

Using cutting-edge 3D software, our team were able to deliver this client digestible, immersive conceptual designs of their high-level brief, bringing their visions to life.

Catalyst was engaged to provide a workplace strategy, design, project management, and construction services for the Medical Assurance Society (MAS) located in the PwC building on Wellington's Waterloo Quay. The project involved designing a new space on part of level 2 and adapting and reconfiguring a portion of the existing level 3 space.

Catalyst converted an old mechanical room into a spacious, spa-like end-of-trip facility that received Rainbow Tick approval.

Catalyst and Power Living collaborated closely to transform an existing office into a multi-functional space that includes studios, retail areas, and bathrooms.

Sudima engaged Catalyst to assess the acoustics of their hotel's bedrooms. Impressed with their work, Sudima expanded the project to include a reception and admin block, a 90-bed wing, and refurbishment of two older wings to modern standards.

Catalyst had the opportunity to design an agile and open zone that would inspire passion and drive for their fast-growing company. To add vibrancy and life to the space, warmer earthier finishes such as reindeer moss and light timbers were chosen, loosely tied back to worldwide sites where possible.

Servcorp, a multinational organisation established in 1978, engaged Catalyst to fit out their new office in Wellington, New Zealand. The prestigious Bell Gully building was chosen as the ideal location for Servcorp's office due to its safety features and stunning waterfront views

Catalyst was engaged by the Hodge Group to design a flexible coworking space for their company, Flexlease. The project involved transforming an existing office suite situated in the heart of Wellington’s CBD on the golden mile. The goal was to create a modern, adaptable space that catered to both short and long-term tenants.
